There are many years of study and research in the field of Psychoanalysis, Psychology and Mental Health.
All my works are the result of studies with research and foundations, which I prepared to teach in Seminars and Conferences of the Psychoanalytic Training courses. Of course, that is based on the results in my clinics and books of Freud, Lacan and others.
For sure, whoever reads it will have a great intellectual enrichment for their personal and academic life.
I believe that one of the hardest things about existing is being able to understand the human being. Many scholars, philosophers, scientists have been trying since the very existence of being.
The Psychology of Self-knowledge leads us to develop ourselves as individuals of integrity, at whatever level we find ourselves. When we apply it in our lives, we discover the authentic inner universe that will take us to a more mature and fruitful level in the world in which we live.
It is worth remembering that these “worlds” are interconnected and that this is part of our Human Nature – the awareness of the “I”, that is, the awareness I have of my nature as body, soul and spirit, which can make a difference.

Child emotional development consists of the acquisition of skills that will guide behavior, temperament, expression and control of future feelings. These skills, however, are based on the child's experiences and situations.
Research that studied pregnant women in periods of war showed that the increased production of hormones in extreme anxiety determines an increase in the baby's biological susceptibility to emotional distress.
They also found that women become more likely to get pregnant, as an emotional defense in favor of life. So there is evidence of intertwined physical and emotional factors.

This interrelation of looks and visions is what constitutes the concept of old age for each one of us. In this way, old age presents itself in a multiple and diversified way. There is no "old age", but old age.
A velhice é difícil de ser definida, pois é um processo que envolve a maneira como o idoso se vê e se percebe e a maneira como é visto e percebido pelos outros.
Essa inter-relação de olhares e visões é que vai constituir para cada um o conceito de velhice. Dessa maneira, a velhice se apresenta de maneira múltipla e diversificada. Não existe "a velhice", mas velhices.
